Contact Center Representative
If you enjoy customer service and solving problems for customers over the telephone, consider applying for a part-time Contact Center Representative position available in the E-Commerce Department of our Andover office. We are seeking energetic professionals with computer, customer service and sales skills to work in our virtual bank office. Responsibilities include customer service by telephone, opening accounts, discussing bank products and services, and problem resolution. We provide training to all associates and offer a great working environment. Join our team of customer service professionals and help customers fulfill their financial needs. Part-time positions will require flexibility between the hours of 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday

Outside Sales—Mortgage Originating Officers
For the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York areas
Currently seeking individuals for Outside Sales Mortgage Originating Officers to work off site in the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York areas. This Mortgage Officer is responsible for the origination of residential mortgage loans based upon current bank and investor guidelines. Responsibilities include identifying and meeting with prospects, and maintaining extensive network of referral sources for new business; explaining various mortgage products available, and determining the best alternatives together with the prospect.
These individuals also guide applicants through the mortgage loan application process, and coordinate the submission of required information to the Processing/Underwriting area, acting as a liaison between the customer and the bank to ensure a smooth loan closing.
This position requires individuals with the highest level of professional sales ability with a strong track record of mortgage sales success, negotiating skills and product knowledge to meet the consumer's expectations; in-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry and applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, including; but are not limited to: Fair Lending, Know Your Customer, Bank Secrecy Act and other applicable anti-money-laundering policies.
Compensation is 100% commission, with an excellent benefits package.
