All candidates must possess a high degree of integrity, initiative, and drive, with 5 years experience in Conventional and FHA/DE mortgages. Experience in VA LAPP is preferred. This individual must be a self-starter, detailed, analytical, and organized, with good decision making skills. First Hope Mortgages is seeking experienced Mortgage Originators to work off-site in New Jersey, New York, or Pennsylvania. Guide your network of customers through a streamlined mortgage loan process, explain various mortgage products available, and with an efficient processing and underwriting staff ensure a smooth loan closing. Candidates must possess a high level of integrity, professional sales ability, and a strong track record of mortgage sales success. An in-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry's current laws, regulations, and guidelines is required. This is an outside sales position that is paid 100% commission with an excellent benefit package.
