First Hope's Contact Center, located in Andover, NJ, is seeking an energetic professional with excellent computer skills to work in our virtual Bank assisting customers with their accounts and providing information about Bank products by telephone. No experience required, we will provide training to the right candidate. Strong computer, math, and enthusiastic customer service skills are required. Come join a team of banking professionals with a desire to help customers fulfill their financial needs. This part-time opening will require flexibility within the Bank's hours.
