Contact Center Representative

The E-Commerce Department is seeking energetic professionals with computer, customer service and sales skills to work in our virtual Bank office.  Assist customers with opening accounts and offer the latest information about Bank products by telephone.  We provide training to all associates and offer a great working environment.  Join our team of customer service professionals and help customers fulfill their financial needs.  Full time and part time positions are available in our Andover Branch. Hours are Monday to Friday, and will require some flexibility and some Saturdays.

Tellers

Commercial Credit Analyst

Looking for a great working experience?  Look no further! First Hope Bank is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Credit Analyst for our Sparta Office.  This organized professional will be responsible for financial statement spreads and analysis of existing and new loan credit facilities, and preparation/underwriting loan approval requests.  Credit Analysis experience in a Commercial Lending Department with excellent computer skills, verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail are required.
