First Hope Bank is currently accepting applications for a part-time or full-time float teller in Hackettstown and a full-time in Hope. Banking experience is not required, but the successful candidate will have enthusiastic customer service and strong computer skills.
This opportunity is a full-time position in our Hackettstown or Andover office. Responsibilities include handling routine teller tasks, opening/maintaining customer accounts within established guidelines, providing excellent customer service while supervising and ensuring operational efficiency of the teller line. In the absence of the Branch Leader, the position supervises the branch. Banking and supervisory experience preferred.
Customer Support Specialist
This is a full-time opportunity in Warren County. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service while performing all platform duties which include opening intricate accounts, discussing loan options with customers, coordinating and conducting consumer loan closings, building and maintaining relationships, and cross selling/referring bank products, all within established guidelines. Secondary responsibilities include performing teller duties and balancing a cash drawer as needed. Retail banking experience preferred.
Deposit Operations Representative
This is an excellent full-time, entry-level opportunity in our Blairstown office. This position will assist internal departments with resolving bank and customer related problems and be responsible for the review and verification of maintenance of various types of consumer accounts. College degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Retail banking experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate.
