Part-Time Contact Center Representative

First Hope Bank's Contact Center is seeking an energetic professional with excellent computer skills to assist our customers with their accounts and to provide information about Bank products by telephone part-time. No experience is required; we will provide training to the right candidate. Strong computer, math, and enthusiastic customer service skills are required. This part-time opening is located in Blairstown, NJ. Some scheduling flexibility is required.


Tellers

First Hope Bank is accepting applications for Part-time Tellers in Sparta and Blairstown, and Full-time Tellers in Sparta and Hope locations. Banking experience is not required. Successful candidates will demonstrate enthusiastic customer service skills and have excellent computer skills. Mortgage Originator

First Hope Bank is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Originators to join our team of financial professionals. Guide your network of customers through a streamlined in-house process and underwriting that ensures smooth loan closings. Various mortgage products, including a full secondary market line, are available. Candidates must possess a high level of integrity, professional sales ability, and a successful track record. An in-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry's current laws, regulations, and guidelines is required. Mortgage Loan Originators with a strong customer base in Staten Island, Brooklyn, or New Jersey are preferred.

Courier

First Hope Bank is currently seeking a courteous and professional part-time courier for the Sussex/Warren County area. Base hours are Monday and Wednesday 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Friday 8:30 to 12:30 p.m. but may vary during weeks with Holidays or inclement weather so some flexibility is required. Responsibilities to include the transporting of documents, mail, and boxes between branches as well as from customer locations; and sorting and posting mail in the Operations Center. A clean driving record and ability to lift/carry up to 40lbs is required. Banking experience is not required.
