Universal Banking Specialist – Full or Part Time
First Hope Bank’s philosophy for 109 years is to provide outstanding service to our customers and their evolving needs. First Hope is searching for eager financial professionals to serve as Universal Banking Specialists in both Warren and Sussex Counties. Responsibilities include but are not limited to developing and maintaining customer relationships, opening accounts, consumer loans, providing banking solutions, recommending products and services, digital customer education, as well as accurately processing financial transactions. Join the First Hope Bank family of caring and honest associates that are providing the community with the full client experience. Successful candidates will have 1 to 2 years of banking experience, be enthusiastic. have exceptional customer service, sales, and computer skills, however willing to train the right candidate. Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED and be flexible within the Bank’s hours and 6 local locations. The Bank’s hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Full and part-time associates may be eligible for PTO, sick time, Bank matched 401(k), and an ESOP plan.
Loan Operations Support Specialist
First Hope Bank, located in Warren and Sussex Counties, NJ, is seeking an experienced commercial banker with an established clientele in local and surrounding areas to join a growing, yet well-established team. This individual will be responsible for business development through new and existing relationships. The self-starting, detailed oriented candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of current commercial lending experience. Potential remote work on a hybrid schedule for the right candidate.
