Commercial Loan Credit Analyst
First Hope Bank is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Credit Analyst for our Sparta Office. This organized professional will be responsible for financial statement spreads, analysis of existing and new loan credit facilities, and preparation/underwriting loan approval requests. Strong commercial real estate underwriting experience preferred. Minimum of 3 years of credit analysis experience in a Commercial Lending Department along with excellent computer and communication skills, and attention to detail are required for this position.
Commercial Portfolio Manager
First Hope Bank is seeking an experienced Commercial Portfolio Manager to join a growing team. This individual will be responsible for commercial loan portfolio management and business development through new and existing relationships. The self-starting, detailed oriented candidate must have a minimum of 5 years current commercial lending experience. College degree in Finance/Accounting is preferred.
