First Hope Bank is currently accepting applications for tellers in Hackettstown, Hope, and Great Meadows offices. Banking experience is not required, but the successful candidate will have enthusiastic customer service and strong computer skills.
This opportunity is a full-time position in our Andover office. Responsibilities include handling routine teller tasks, opening/maintaining customer accounts within established guidelines, providing excellent customer service while supervising and ensuring operational efficiency of the teller line. In the absence of the Branch Leader, the position supervises the branch. Banking and supervisory experience preferred.
Digital Support Specialist
This is a full-time opportunity in Blairstown. Responsibilities include providing customers with an exceptional experience by handling and resolving a variety of service inquires or issues received via telephone and email. Will support various back-office functions and develop and maintain consumer reporting and identify referral opportunities. Retail banking experience preferred.
