Important Information for eStatement Users

To ensure the most efficient and modern offerings, we are upgrading our eStatement platform. The upgrade requires a temporary outage from July 16th until August 31st while the eStatement archive is moved to a new platform.
Online banking access will not be impacted. Your new eStatements will be available at the end of your regular statement cycle. However, past formatted eStatements will be unavailable to view or print during the outage period; you will still have access to the unformatted generic statements (no check images).
Unformatted statements are available in each account detail page by selecting the “Statements” link under the "Options" dropdown (as pictured below).
Fully formatted eStatements with check images will be restored by August 31st. We encourage you to download any past statements that you may need during the outage period prior to July 16th.
